Port forwarding between two routers

Yes, you right.

Openwrt router has wan ip 192.168.1.110 and lan ip 192.168.1.1. I am trying to connect 192.168.1.110:90 from non-openwrt router’s network.

This is my situation's diagram

Your OpenWRT router cannot have the same subnet as your main router.
I recommend to change to OpenWRT routers address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.**2**.1

Your main router port forwards port 90 to the WAN address of the OpenWRT router and on the OpenWRT router you make a traffic rule to open up port 90 on the router as already showed in earlier posts
