This is the same case for every devices. The last available version is updated automaticaly, and yes do not point to the real last version. I have raised this in another thread lately.
Is this because of the apk transition ?
Or is something broken ?
I have been running snapshot for a few months and everything seems fine to me
It's manual work, is all.
I have updated the page to 25.12.2 but honestly ... there are thousand of devices to do so ![]()
And latest images can always be found via https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/ anyway.
Thanks !
I always used the wiki to make sure I don't brick my routers but I'll try this firmware selector thingy next time.
I feel like it would be easier to make some kind of universal banner in the wiki that would update all pages automatically from this selector , rather than try and update every page by hand.
..... although one of my router isn't in it https://openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wa901nd
I think it's automatic once someone triggers it, the triggering's the manual part ,)
