You will need a serial port to debug such a case, not really much we or anyone else can do without that information. By the way, I found an old thread about this router, feel free to keep searching. Installing a serial port where none is present is a minor hw modification but a modification nevertheless, something to keep in mind regarding warranties.

You can. Hook up serial and post bootlog.

I would assume those warranties expired 5 years ago or so.

what do you think will happen with your issue, if you don't ?
(although there's no guarantee it'll be solved just because you get serial, but the likeness increases X-fold)
