Are there any advantages to use batman-adv in network where most access points are wired? Does batman establish higher performing or more reliable routes?
I want access points to be relocatable, so wireless link should not be used if there is wired connection.
Both plain 11s with STP and batman-adv with bridge loop avoidance can do that. Perhaps only bonding wired and wireless links could be useful, but doesn't worth trouble in my opinion.
