Pirelli PRG AV4202N not flashable

Hi there, I am trying to install OpenWRT on a Pirelli PRG AV4202N:

Flashing via Webinterface did not work, so I am trying via TTL 2 serial cable. Managed to get communication via ttl2serial, but when I type in "help" I get only some of the commands, not including commands like flash, erase...

Anyone has an idea on how to unlock this beast? Command "unlock" does not work. Nothing happens.
