Permanently send Error after opening port ttyACM0

Hello friends
I'm using the "echo" command and reading response with "cat" to send AT-COMMAND to an LTE module via ttyACM0
But after sending the first command via echo, only the ERROR is displayed as soon as the port is opened with the cat
As it seems, the AT-COMMAND is constantly becoming ECHO
Unless
I dont send something
Why is this problem there and how can I fix it?

Could you install an actual termnal software like minicom and retest?

yes i test with minicom and reset everythings
