PC installation, install network adapter pachage without network access!

Hi
I'm trying to run OpenWRT on an old PC. It has an Atheros AR8132 Ethernet adapter that is not supported by default installation package that is readily available in this guide:
https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/installation/openwrt_x86
and apparently I should find and install the corresponding package separately!
But questions that rise for me are:
1- According to THIS THREAD I should use kmod-atl1c_4.14.162-1_i386_pentium4.ipk but I can not find this file or newer version of it.
2- Even if I could find it, I didn't know how to install it without network access to the OpenWRT. (I can just run commands on the PC screen and connect USB sticks to it)

Thanks in advance

Use https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/?version=23.05.4&target=x86%2F64&id=generic, click the tiny arrow, and add kmod-atl1c to the list of packages.

Request a build, and write the new image to disk/flash drive.
