Raspberry Pi 4. If this will work on raspberry (I am testing config on raspberry not to mess with real network) I will move this to router.
You'll need to use WPA2-Enterprise (or WPA3-Enterprise) and you also need to setup a RADIUS server for this purpose. This is generally quite involved. Please take a look at the RADIUS server process:
