Package "adblock" unable to download blocklists

Hi, I'm a Netgear R6220 user. I upgraded from 19.07 to 19.07.3 today, and started over from scratch (no settings or files imported). I installed luci-app-adblock and selected the blocklists I wanted. It wasn't downloading anything, so I installed these packages after:

curl
libustream-openssl
ca-certificates
tcpdump-mini
luci-ssl-openssl

I still get these errors:

My setup is very simple, I've only configured the PPPoE connection for internet access (which I'm using right now). I can resolve the sources for the blocklists in my browser.

Any help resolving this issue is appreciated!
