The above errors are often due to the upgrade server lagging behind the

People please be patient 25.12.5 is still building and everyone wants it so the servers are overcrowded.

500 errors almost always indicate ASU server overload. Right now this is due to the stampede to install 25.12.5. Watch https://sysupgrade.openwrt.org/api/v1/stats/summary, when queue length drops below about 10, then things will be back to normal.
