Not that I know of with the current on-device clients. Both auc and owut do automatic package replacement on fw3->fw4 (and others), so when you upgrade from 21.02 to 22.03+, it force-migrates to the new firewall4. (LuCI app doesn't do anything here, it wasn't implemented to do cross-release updates and has lagged behind the CLI tools in that regard.)

If you manually revert to any of the packages in that list, then the get whacked at the next update. I see this could be a problem, as there's no current way to keep the old packages if you prefer them. I'll look into it.
