Right, like @buz said, those are just the two versions of apk linked against the different ssl libraries (if you were to install either one, you'd just get the apk command, but don't do that if opkg is there).
If the package list is working and showing that, I've got to assume that opkg is working properly, so you should be good to go.
Somewhat tangential:
Moving from opkg to apk is mutually exclusive (at least if you want to maintain your sanity), as you can't have both installed and managing different sets of packages at the same time. There are currently (fairly big) holes in the apk support, so I would not recommend it unless you are focused on testing apk for the transition and can deal with the issues. The biggest hole from my perspective is that the ubus call rpc-sys packagelist call doesn't work yet on apk, so a transition right at this moment completely breaks both owut and the LuCI ASU app.
