Outdoor AP/Client recommendations - no external antenna

I'm looking for an OpenWRT compatible outdoor AP.

It will be running in client mode to connect a garage to a house.
I'm currently doing this with an indoor AP running OpenWRT but signal isn't the best so would like an outdoor link. I also want to use it to broadcast WiFi nearby to it for some other outdoor kit.

2.4GHz + 5GHz required.

The Comfast CF-EW72 & CF-EW74 look reasonable and at the right price, but I really want a device that doesn't have large external antennae - would prefer the flat panel look.

There is the CF-WA350 but that looks too expensive.

Does what I require exist? Any suggestions?
I don't mind buying used.

See https://toh.openwrt.org/?features=memory_minimum,outdoor&view=normal for options (minimal 128MB RAM)

One example is TP-Link EAP610-Outdoor (snapshot only at the moment), but there are probably others as well with built-in antennas

For anyone interested. I picked up an Ubiquiti Nanostation AC Loco.

Working well now after some messing.

24.10 does not work. Settings aren't retained after reboot and flashing another firmware isn't possible via normal means. TFTP factory firmware flash is required.
23.05.5 works well.

It doesn't use standard PoE - needs a 24V injector.
