OrangePi R2S is a great new RISC-V OpenWrt device

As it happens my PR here supports the R2S and RV2. Both devices are not yet tested, so feedback is very much welcome:

This adds the new RISC-V spacemit target with the k1 subtarget. SoC: * RISC-…V SpacemiT X60 Dual-Cluster Octa-core processors * RISC-V 64GCVB architecture and RVA22 standard * LPDDR4/LPDDR4x SDRAM (×2) for a total of up to 16GB of RAM * USB (×3), USB 2.0 OTG, USB 2.0 Host, USB 3.0 (combo PCIE PortA) * PCIE (×3), PCIE PortA Gen2x1, PCIE PortB Gen2x2, PCIE PortC Gen2x2 * GMAC (×2), 10/100/1000 Mbps, RGMII * SDIO (×1 for WIFI) * SD (×1 for TF card) * eMMC (×1), compatible for 8bit eMMC5.1, up to HS400 (200MHz) Supported Boards: * Banana Pi BPI-F3 (not yet tested) * Milk-V Jupiter (not yet tested) * SpacemiT MusePi Pro (tested by myself) * OrangePi R2S (not yet tested) * OrangePi RV2 (not yet tested) The single _generic_ image supports all of the above mentioned boards using a multi-dtb FIT file. uboot chooses the correct one to boot using CONFIG_FIT_BEST_MATCH. Since that works without any additional knobs and switches, we can also use uboot's fastboot OTG driver to upload all bootloader stages and our initramfs.itb from just the SoC's bootrom \o/ Three image variants are built: sdcard, emmc and other (nvme/usb). Until mainline uboot is ready we're using the vendor fork. A couple of patches are added, which allows us to use mainline opensbi. In other words: the ugliness is all contained there and will go away once we're switching to mainline uboot. On the kernel side, there're quite some patches as work on mainline keeps getting momentum. Most are backports though (see the cherry-picked refs) and will go away once we switch to the next kernel version. Zoltan was working on this target too, which I found out about only after I had most of this working 🫤 So /cc @wigyori on how to coordinate here
