Why there is no wifi support for Orange Pi R1 in official 24.10 build? Can I bring it somehow?

Driver probably not part of the kernel.

If you can find a driver and make it compile, sure.

I tried. f.e. in ImmortalWrt there is kmod-rtl8189es package but after installing it, I can only scan networks and not host them. So it is kinda broken.
