This forum is for OpenWRT, not DD-WRT. Try "ipkg" instead.

DD-WRT is not OpenWrt so you would have to ask on the DD-WRT forum or install OpenWrt.

Check this page, but be aware due to limited Flash Memory you only can install an older version.

Don't bother.

It's a 4mb flash unit (at best), you probably won't be able to fit any additional software onto it anyway.

So you don't advise me to install openwrt on the router? I am not using the router right now, but if I would like to install the zerotier application on the router

The problem isn't openwrt (or dd-wrt), the problem is the flash size, you will not able to install a
lot of additional packages ( = programs) after flashing.

I'm not familiar with the zerotier package, its size, and if it even exists for the 18.06 openwrt release.

ok, thanks

Seems to exists. Space might be your biggest challenge but you may overcome that with ext_root.

On the other hand if DD-WRT is already installed try if you can get Zerotier on that.
