I guess not but to be sure, it is impossible to keep setting when I upgrade to 24.10 to master with apk?
you might have to manually backup configs and then restore and even then might not work

APK has nothing to do with config settings.
Settings compatibility depends more from the specific router model than the package manager.
(Package selection is more relevant question, if you are doing a tailored build)

I'm currently on 24.10 and I made my own build based on master/main, so 24.10 packages are from opkg and the main is on apk right now, so I was not sure if I could keep my setting.
To my knowledge there is not much real difference between the config settings in 24.10 or main/master.
So, as long as you select the apk package into the build instead of the opkg, you are likely ok.
