Openwrt's Network/Wireless page reports odd IP addresses

On the Wireless configuration page, my device shows an IP address of 169.254.77.231 2601:500:8200:63:2cb9:54e0:ca96:1927. While my windows settings are showing

Protocol: Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac)
Security type: WPA2-Personal
Network band: 5 GHz
Network channel: 36
Link speed (Receive/Transmit): 173/173 (Mbps)
IPv6 address: 2601:500:8200:63::e43

No problem if you can reach the router/internet.
Those ARP-cache entries should eventually expire.
