OpenWRT Tuning Configuration

I'm wondering if there is any guide with hints howto better exploit OpenWRT functionalities.
I particularly refer to connections (lan, wan ...).
Thanks
Alex

Depends on your routers brainpower. Filogic soc would be "enterprise server" while minimum devices would need "very limited iot device" guidance.

Please connect to your OpenWrt device using ssh and copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </> " button:
grafik
Remember to redact passwords, MAC addresses and any public IP addresses you may have:

ubus call system board
cat /etc/config/network
cat /etc/config/wireless
cat /etc/config/dhcp
cat /etc/config/firewall

Thanks, see below.

dnsmasq conf is the least useful of all requested.
run the test, then try software offload in firewall, then of the best combo try wired vvs wireless, select less used channel for better latency.

Thanks.
do you mean I can remove dnsmasq? I do not either remember why I eventually installed it.
I'll keep you informed after tests

You provided just one of five items requested. Drill waveform test so we know if there is anything to repair.

Sorry, I just see now what you asked, I wrongly run the commands (all together..)
Thanks

Same advice applies.
check bandwidth and latency under load.

set network/intetfaces/global steering modes - choose best

set network/firewall soft offload check again - choose best

test via wifi, in presence of other networks au5o channel ipo 36 is likely best.

Back to original (default settings) as results were worse than expected regarding interfaces & firewall. Regarding wifi, my house has no neighbors so no problem with channels.
During the tests, I realized I underestimated the overall configuration: I have two stores, ZTE MF286D is upstair, while my lab is in ground-flor where a Buffalo WZR 1166 DHP with dd-wrt connected through a cable.
I tested with 5Ghz&2.4Ghz on both devices (and cable connected to Buffalo) but I never saw any improvement so I need to semplify, move upstair and restart from default settings.
I'll be not active for a while as tomorrow I'll be bach to home downtown.
Thanks

Post some measurements?

Buy better 4g5g antennas, not a routet prblem but mobile network.
search cell id in some online databases, youll see tower's supported bands, chances are high better antenna makes use of better band.

Example (on the industrial side)

In UK they literatily sell these "refurbished" including pair of indoor antennas.
