Hello, I want to upgrade TP-Link WR941HP to run Openwrt but do not have the firmware. Can anyone help me?

If it's not listed as supported, then it isn't supported.
Adding support for it might be reasonable, as it looks closely related to the TL-WR941ND v6 (with more flash/ RAM), but it still needs someone (which might be you) with the device on their desk to actually port OpenWrt to it.
