I uploaded the uboot_mtk_112m-fip.bin file to GoogleDrive (the same folder).
This is Bootloader from mtk for OpenWrt with nmbm ubi partition, see openwrt-23_05_3_xiaomi-mi-router-ax3000t-112m_factory.ubi and openwrt-23_05_3_xiaomi-mi-router-ax3000t-112m_sysupgrade.bin firmware files.
