This is one of the ongoing issues with apk on snapshots. The ABI-version named packages are being used because there is no ABI info in the package indexes or packages themselves. With opkg, which is ABI-aware, these names all get stripped to their canonical form, libubus (for example), and hence upgrades are easy to detect.
