I have a Samsung Note 5 device; can it be changed to the OpenWrt system?

If possible, can I have the steps to do so?

No, your device is not supported by OpenWrt.

I should note I think that there have been some people experimenting with installing OpenWrt on a phone, but there is limited value in this based on the fact that the phone doesn't really have much in the way of network interfaces.
