I have a problem and I hope you can help me. I have an OpenWRT router behind my Fritzbox. A Wireguard server is running on the OpenWRT, and everything is working fine. The clients connected to the Wireguard server also have a different address and location. My problem is, I can't connect to the router with a DynDNS address to access my NAS. How do I configure this to work?

AFAIK, the Fritz! support Wireguard natively, so there is no need to do this on OpenWrt.
If you want to run it on OpenWrt, you have to configure port-forwarding on the Fritz!. This is, however, out of scope of this forum, as others have already pointed out.
I just had a look at this thread and the problem is that the fritz routes the VoIP traffic over the tunnel which makes it stop working.
Do you want to route all Internet traffic over the VPN or is it just to securely dial in?
If it's the latter, it should still work on the Fritz if configured properly. Otherwise you need to get port forwarding working correctly and let OpenWrt do the Wireguard work.
