SuperWRT it is compiling (at least once a month) from OpenWrt official sources and provide you for free with the files at https://superwrt.download/ AS IS. SuperWRT not compile in stuff from outside OpenWrt feeds.
SuperWRT is OpenWrt. So everything you need - you can find on OpenWrt forums. Or you can ask the nice people in #chat
To report problems use this section of the forum, to suggest certain opinions for this compilation use #chat discord!
SuperWRT is OpenWrt. So everything you need - you can find on OpenWrt forums.
Use only these two links posted by me if you want to use the version proposed by Daniel, I say this because google can give you a Chinese site with a similar name superwrt, that's the Chinese version!
Sadly there is no package repository available for SuperWrt builds (by Daniel Petre)...
I would like to give a recent build of SuperWrt a try (WRT3200ACM) but I'm still struggling with DSA so I have to stick to an older Davidc build with swconfig for now.
SuperWRT is just OpeWrt with a small script that runs on the first installation and enables wifi + few packages and modules integrated. Nothing from outside the OpenWrt trees.
I have been using his compilations for 10 years and I am satisfied, that's why I tried to promote Daniel's compilations.
The version proposed by OpenWrt is the simplest version and does not have so many packages and integrated modules installed, I am of the opinion that it is good that we have by where to choose the right version for everyone!
I trust Daniel's work and I can say that so far I have not blocked any router or other serious problems!
I have a problem since I switched to Kernel Version 5.4. with OpenWrt wrt1900acs v2 on the wire no longer exceeds 890Mbps speed in speedtest.
The same problem happens with the latest firmware from linksys Firmware version: 2.0.3.201002
Release date: May 1, 2020
Added support for the Marvell A385 Rev. B0 chip
General bug fixes
OpenWrt has links to this update, I've been watching for some time to see if this problem will recover, or wrt1900acs with this kernel is capped in this performance? https://bugs.openwrt.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=3367
wrt1900acs v2 Kernel Version 5.4.72 Uptime 3d 4h 50m 27s
These logs are normal, they indicate disconnections on the wifi side?

these builds are promising. I have tried almost every version.
however, in my configuration, the wifi interfaces become disconnected from the internal lan after a varibale amount of time (minutes to hours), which means the clients can connect via wifi but cannot transfer packets to/from lan or wan.
I understnad that this problem is a manifestation of the move to DSA in builds for the last 8 months
@ghoffman I mentioned some problems here, I didn't have any disconnections on wrt1900acs v2!
I recommend you to use the following channels with your country code ...:
5180 MHz [36] (23.0 dBm)
5200 MHz [40] (23.0 dBm)
5220 MHz [44] (23.0 dBm)
5240 MHz [48] (23.0 dBm)
try this command in ssh and see which are your recommended channels: cat /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy1/mwlwifi/sta
