OpenWrt One unboxing

I ordered my OpenWrt One (US$89 at AliExpress) on 2 Dec 2024; it arrived on 12 Dec 2024.

I fired it up, connected to 192.168.1.1 and it acted just like an OpenWrt router. See the end of this post to see the router label that shows the SNAPSHOT version it ships with.

Thanks to @RaylynnKnight for creating an entry in WikiDevi

Here are the pictures I took while unboxing it...

I tape the label below to the router so that I always know how to log in. (Printed by print-router-label.sh).

Received mine back in October and created the OpenWrt One on WikiDevi with photos of the board.

429 indicates request rate limiting. Which explains why this works for some of us but not everyone. You (or maybe someone else using the same or a similar adress) have exceeded the request quota set by imgur.com.

I have no idea what their policies are, but I suggest using some other hosting facility to avoid this problem

anyone tested the throughput with sqm om this one?

Let's leave this topic at "unboxing" - I've started a new one that would be a good place to talk about performance
