As a first approximation I tend to look here:
as far as I can tell, wireguard always operates on the main CPU so not using any encryption offload, while not perfect, that should be a decent test for CPU(s) and memory system.
The OpenWrt One with its dual core A53s gets into the 370-400 Mbps range if configured to use RPS/RFS.

Your EA6350v3 with its IPQ4018 quad-core A7 should be around similar IPQ4018 devices so close to:

So the One might give you three to 4 times the CPU power, at least for wireguard... in a rather artifical test...
