OpenWRT One - Bad Connectors

Why did they build this device using Sockets that need pins instead of Jumpers to Flash when NOR fails!!! - Suppossed to be a fail safe device - mines fkd and now need some different pin jumper leads to TFTP the ROM back to it - £90 notes - Rather buy a Cisco Router

Who created this Device as they are sht with circuitry design - Good Chips bad circuitry

Bet its some MIRC nobsack

For those of us not in the picture, what exactly are you talking about?

For someone like me, without hands on experience, switching between NOR/ NAND seems to be a dip switch on the outside.

The only jumper would be for NOR write protect.

The mikroBUS header would primarily be for mikroBUS addon modules, a standardized socket for these modules (and yes, as a side effect it does provide access to I²C/ SPI and similar low-level SOC busses). For that to work, to be compatible with mikroBUS modules, it must be two rows of female header at the given spacing.

JTAG would be a standardized header/ pinout again, but I don't think you refer to that one. Serial (if you opt not to use the USB-C on the front) should be standard 2.54mm DuPont again.

You do realize it has a console port?
