OpenWrt on KVM

Installing and Using OpenWrt

I am trying to see if openwrt can be run on a KVM machine based of Linux servers. Any input on this is highly appreciated. We would like to bypass buying a VMware license.

Yes; and on VirtualBox too (which actually uses KVM in Linux).
