OpenWRT on ax3600. No idea how to continue

Hello, I followed the official instructions. I was able to do until step 6 (the reboot).

For the initial steps, I had to connect via WIFI to the network created by xiaomi and ssh to 192.168.31.1

Then my router rebooted, two blue lights. I connected my computer directly to the router but I have no idea what IP should I put to SSH again in step 8. It just says "SSH into OpenWRT from one of the LAN ports" but no idea how. I mean, I connect my pc to the router but I don't know if I have to put a fixed IP in my eth0 or what.

I am stuck in this step. I tried to revert it with TFTP and even when TFTP sees the router when it boots up, it won't request the hexadecimal .img file so it won't restore.

I am fine with either going to OpenWrt (preferred) or back to xiaomi's firmware.

Thanks.

Default 192.168.1.1

Oh, then I f* up. I connect my eth0 directly to lan1 of the router, I assign an IP to my eth0 of 192.168.1.2 (mask to 255.255.255.0) and I can't ping it or ssh.

Still the router lights up when I connect my computer and if I start a tftp server, it receives an IP (but doesn't fetch a file). I guess it is in a weird status right now

Oh. When I was about to "shutdown everything" I had the specs of the router opened and saw (1 wan, 3 lan) then I reread the docs and it said: LAN port. Now it works.

I'll see if I can PR or something to make a note so I am the last one that gets confused.
