OpenWrt for TP-Link BE800

Hi All,
I have started adopting OpenWrt for TP-Link's BE800. I'm starting this topic to discuss issues, share build and seek help from the community.

Currently two 10g NICs are working, SFP, WIFI and everything else is not working, I'm hoping we will get basic support soon.

PS. This is my first topic so please advice if anything is wrong.

Currently I'm struggling with getting sysupgrade to work, is there any documentation on it?

Is there any reccomendation on using kernel versions, till when does openwrt sticks to a particular kernel version?

OpenWRT uses LTS versions, the one after 6.6 is 6.12, it would probably the next one for Openwrt.

Keep me updated, I've BE800 as test now, cause I went to OpenWRT X86 in combination with other accesspoints. I also hope that my AXE75 will be supported.

Doesn't matter, I've other accesspoints, so not really a problem. But I think I get rid of TP-Link, paying a lot, plus if you need normal functionality extra you also have to pay.
And I don't trust it, you can't see or control anything you buy extra.
