We have just upgraded Dokuwiki on openwrt.org from 2024-02-06a “Kaos” to 2026-07-14c "Mort", as well as many changes to plugins.
Please report any issues you might encounter with the new version.
The main user-visible change is that previously-supported syntax might no longer work properly, resulting in broken formatting on some pages. More details here:

Can we get the backtick markdown syntax enabled? I've been running it on my home wiki since Mort was released in July and haven't had any issues. I just enabled 'Both (Markdown preferred)' in preferences and have only found a few rendering issues (mostly indentation of <code> blocks when they're inside a list element), which were there irrespective of syntax choice.
I don't see a reason to back out of markdown. Anything that makes it easier for people to do competent edits (without sorting to an LLM!) is good.
