OpenWrt 25.12.0-rc3 - Release Candidate

See post above

How is it that this problem has been going on for almost a year in source, and only appeared in the -rc3? (No issues in rc1/rc2 tho)

Including the missing ; in `11_upgrades.js` worked for me but I had to clear the Firefox cache.

Edit: TP-Link Archer C6 v2 (EU/RU/JP) in AP mode with several vlans and ssids working Ok in RC3.

Here two AX3600 in mesh, one as AP has tried all the RC without any problem. Yesterday I updated the other, that acts as router from 24.10.5 to the RC and the radios didn't start. I started them from luci I reboot the system again and the radios didn't start again. I restarted them from luci again without problem.

Any idea?

I had the same error on one of my linksys mx4300.

The problem was solved by ai, not me.

ssh into router and do

mv /www/luci-static/resources/view/status/include/11_upgrades.js /www/luci-static/resources/view/status/include/11_upgrades.js.bak

And then refresh page. That solved problem on my side.

From 25.12.0-rc2 to 25.12.0-rc3 on two of my Linksys mx5500. And on three Linksys mx5300. Used owut worked on all devices.

Only one mx5500 has a luci ‘problem’ anyone an idea?

It’s discussed in many posts above yours.

Used owut to upgrade from rc2 to rc3, worked fine for all of

  • BPI R4
  • GL mt3000
  • Redmi AX6s
  • XikeStor SKS8300-8X

Linksys MR7350 has this issue also. I redownloaded just in case and reflashed - after the second time I then booted the previous partition to RC2 no issues at all.

that worked on Linksys MR7350 - thank you. Can now see the webui on R3.

FYI no issues on GL.iNet GL MT6000 - that upgraded as expected and stable. I will run the MR7350 for a bit, probably through this snow storm here in the US (granted we even keep internet during this)

Succesfully updated GL-MT6000 .rc2 → .rc3.

Besides the need to add the semicolon to /11_upgrades.js,

no ill-effects observerd.

Will monitor.

Had to do it twice, but all seems OK for now.

Thanks for checking. Looks like something was up with the archive. It works as expected after redownloading :person_shrugging:

3 days uptime on two AX3200 and generic x86 - no obvious problems so far.

I have a TP Link c7-v5. After upgrade from rc1, I am unable to install packages using apk with rc3. I had the same issue attempting upgrade from rc1 to rc2.

I am not sure why two different kernel version are mentioned.

Just an FYI, Linksys WRT3200ACM. Other than the main Status page, all looks OK. Even Luci SQM was present without me having to install it manually.
