Issue with STA + AP configuration - APs never come up. Issue still persists in 25.10.0-rc2:

STA+AP on same radio fails on DFS channel 25.12.0-rc1

The issue still persists in 25.12.0-rc2. To be clear (before anyone asks), the upstream is a 160 MHz channel. so aside from the congested band, I cannot use another channel in my radio domain.
