The wiki is manually curated, so someone would need to update it. It's not connected to the build system in any way so it usually lags behind when there's new releases.

Just upgraded two ancient BT Home Hub 5A's running as dumb APs using attended sysupgrade via the LUCI plugin, retaining their configuration, and all went completely smoothly.

Do you use VLAN with the R6220? After upgrading to 24.10.0 the Ethernet/WAN ports of my R6220 are offline when using VLAN configuration. I use the R6220 as AP with two VLANs.

I just updated 2 of my 3

devices and all is working, 5Ghz works with ct and non-ct driver.

then I tried to update my

but that seems to be impossilbe

[Edit:] 10 minutes later a tried again(ASU) and now my device is updated and all seems to work well.

I was trying to install 6in4 for IPv6 tunnel, but that package just isn't available right now

Perhaps a good future improvement would be to update these atomically on the server: e.g upload both the Packages.gz and Packages.sig together to temporary file names, then rename them together. This should minimise the time the files are in an invalid state.

I tried to fix it but the listbox only contains "24.10-snapshot"

After using Advanced Option my settings did not persist! I was back to bare bone version 24. Next time I'll avoid the Advanced Option.

Is related to me applying my saved config backup from 23.05.5 again after switching to 24.10.0.

Somewhere in the overlay is an indicator for the image version (v1/v2), so the updater in 24.10.0 thought that i was on v1 still (even though technically i was on v2 because i was on the 24.10.0 image). So once i did a reset of the configuration (which deletes everything in the overlay), the updater got the correct information.

The solution is not a silver bullet. It broke after I installed the packages for Docker. Docker needed an interface and created a new bridge.I don't know much about vlan to go around the problem.

My OpenWRT One was succesfully upgraded from RC7 by Attended Sysupgrade yesterday. I was confused because it took a rather long time before the router was accessible again via ssh or Luci after the upgrade but finally everything works well so far.

Successfully updated GL.Inet MT-6000, Netgear WAX206, Netgear WAX202 by using sysupgrade image from firmware selector and 'keep settings'. All working as expected.

I have a TP-Link Archer C60 v3, and when I installed 24.10.0, the 5GHz radio is not detected (but yes, the 2.4GHz radio is detected).

5GHz WiFi is non-functional on certain devices with ath10k chipsets. Affected models include the TP-Link Archer C60 v1, TP-Link Archer C6 v2, and possibly others. For details, see issue #14541

I added this to the github issue in the OP.
