OpenWrt 23.05.0 - MediaTek MT7610E a has bug or a problem

I am having problems with my MediaTek MT7610E driver on my router.
The 5 Ghz network only worked briefly at the beginning, since then the following error message appears.

Kanal: 128 (5.640 GHz) | Bitrate: ? Mbit/s

The 5 Ghz network just won't run. Although it is displayed, it does not appear to be available. If I switch off the 2.4 Ghz and leave 5 Ghz on, I no longer have Wifi.

Start by upgrading to the latest release

Router was reflashed and everything was updated. All settings were carried out again
unfortunately the same problem.

I'd start by disabling auto chan, and actually set one.

I have now set a fixed channel for both networks, unfortunately no improvement.
