Or just mail him, you'll find the address in the git repos, e.g. https://github.com/openwrt/luci/commit/180d39dcd2427e3c32c0ec7ecc3c7bfb48c0d0ab.

i'd prefer not to share it right here. There's no errors and i see created rules. But it starts working only if i flush all rules and add nat postrouting masquerade manually. The errors i see while trying fw4 upgrade: The installed version of package ucode is not compatible, require > = 2022-03-22 while 2022-02-11-a29bad94-1 is installed.

Easy to fix with:
opkg update && opkg install libucode20220322

upgraded two devices, R7800 and NBG6817, configuration kept on both.
Up and running fine till now, but, as mentioned before, problems arise with package updates of fw4. It requires an older version of ucode.
Installing libucode_20220322 doesn't solve the problem.

Upgraded TP-Link C2600 and Zyxel NBG6616 - both with no problems. Only basic testing though

@tboege I had problems on my C2600 starting around v 20 and eventually went back to the stock firmware which is woefully out of date.

I'd be interested to hear back from you in a week or 2 as to whether the RC version is working fine with no restarts or wifi issues.

Do you know an estimated 'installed size difference' between this release and 21.02.3?

No, I did nok look before I installed:

luci-app-statistics
collectd-mod-uptime

after that the free space is:

dev/root 4.0M 4.0M 0 100% /rom
tmpfs 233.1M 2.0M 231.2M 1% /tmp
/dev/mtdblock13 21.0M 1.2M 19.8M 6% /overlay
overlayfs:/overlay 21.0M 1.2M 19.8M 6% /
tmpfs 512.0K 0 512.0K 0% /dev

I will try to rember. If I forget, send a pm

That's OK got it...
it looks like the initial TP-Link C2600 /overlay free space has shrunk from 21.4M to 21.0M ?

Hey everyone, I've updated successfully on a couple of devices. (no luci though)

tplink tl-wdr4900-v2 (ath79)
tplink c2600 (ipq806x)
netgear r7800 (ipq806x)
totolink x5000r (ramips/mt7621)

@Sebbo the Totolink supports WLAN 6 on two bands.

Hi,

Upgraded here a WRT1900ACS v1 from 21.02.3 with config preserved, everything run well for about a week.
Thanks Openwrt team

Tried with traffic rule, but it does not work as expected.

Now I am desperately needed a way to get the same result, with nftables.

Hi, did you have any problems by switching to nftables?
