OpenWrt 21.02.1 on FRITZ!Box 7362 SL - Lantiq XRX200 Switch LAN 3 and 4 not working with 1000baseT

Hello, I have a problem with OpenWrt 21.02.1 on FRITZ!Box 7362 SL: When I connect a 1000baseT capable device to LAN 3 or LAN 4, the device does not get ethernet connectivity. When I connect a 100baseT-only device to either of these LAN ports, everything works as expected. According to the router's manual, LAN 3 and LAN 4 only support 100baseT. Accordingly, when I connect a 1000baseT capable device, that device's ethernet port shows it is working in 100baseT mode; however, the port status on page /cgi-bin/luci/admin/network/switch shows "1000baseT full-duplex". If I remember correctly, this problem was not present in OpenWrt 19.07.

Am I doing anything wrong, or is this a bug?

Exactly same problem here with a AVM Fritzbox 7360 SL (7360 v1).
I suspect that a Fritzbox 7360 v2 has the same problem.

and what about setting that port to 100Mb hd/fd using ethtool ? I have no issues with FB7412 connected to 1Gb capable WAN of MT7621 but It's using lantiq internal phy @100Mbit

How can I do that? I installed the ethtool package, but now I do not know which DEVNAME to use in the ethtool command.

I've managed to get fb7362 and seems FS#3832 is confirmed .Also OpenWrt 21.02-SNAPSHOT, r16448-104774c3b0 is affected . Need to digg deeper into the old trunk
