OpenWrt 21.02.0 third release candidate

I have noticed that the Radio on my TP-Link CPE610 V1 is running at a lower power level on 21.02 RC3 than it used to. I noticed that in the Bootup messaged that Its Reporting ‘EEPROM regdomain sanitized’ whereas before it reported ‘EEPROM regdomain 0x0’. How do I fix this?
