In the forum there are some threads indicating that other TO users successfully deployed Release Candidates from the 19.07 branch but then there also reports from others struggling with the transition.
It may actually depend on the hardware revision of the TO since the latest revision CZ11NIC23 ships from factory with a new u-boot version
