TP-Link TL-WDR4300, when you disable or enable an Initscript, anything you have in /etc/rc.local disappears, as a result you have an empty file.
Apparently, it is a known issue
I worked around it by creating a backup copy... one might also try applying the patch, it should work fine. Even better, just use the new version of the startup.lua file
