OpenSSL 3.6.0 on openwrt?

openwrt ships with the (very ?) outdated OpenSSL 3.0.18, see https://repology.org/repository/openwrt_24_10_x86_64

Why is OpenSSL 3.6.0 not yet on openwrt? When would it come to openwrt?

snapshots seem to (currently) use 3.5.4, next release will most likely use this or a newer version.
