I agree it's really useful. There's a private conversation going on with the developers to see when it will be good enough to talk about it more broadly. Until then, it's Use at Your Own Risk. (It works well for me, but I have spare routers sitting around. And backup configurations.)

I use this version of @aparcar and I am very satisfied until now I had no problems with wrt1900acs v2 and wdr3600 rev1.5 both router works without any problem with this version proposed by @aparcar!

That's not really a problem with the (online-) imagebuilder, but with your configuration - the packages you want to install. There can only be one miniUPnP implementation, either miniupnpd XOR miniupnpd-igdv1.

Hi!
When using the asu.aparcar.org server, I can build an image, but when it gets to the step of installing the sysupgrade, the page refreshes and it doesn't get installed. This doesn't happen when using the chef.libremesh.org server. I didn't find anything in the system logs. Are there logs saved anywhere that I could post?

Before clicking there are multiple duplicates but after clicking they are removed. Most probably just visual and when selecting to customize the real list is then shown.
The duplicates are uboot-envtools and kmod-gpio-button-hotplug

This should only ever happen in 19.07.x releases, newer releases got a fix which prevents duplicate default_packages in the JSON file. Also libc was automatically removed since it's not a real package but a pseudo package, meaning it's installed on every router but you can't install it via opkg.
Anyway, the issue should be fixed for 21.02.x and SNAPSHOT builds

bug report:
using the current custom build server at https://asu.aparcar.org/ and it appears the "-package" syntax is not working correctly. for instance, after adding "-dnsmasq" to the end of the base/initial package list the "-dnsmasq" string goes away but it doesn't remove the "dnsmasq" package from the list.
the "-package" syntax worked in my last round of rc4 upgrades so it appears to be a recent regression.
feature request:
add a button to download both the Package List and Build Info sections as plain text files.
i may be the only person that downloads each of these for reference in case of issues but it would be a helpful addition to the process.

I just tried and removing other packages via - works fine. I think something else "pulls in" dnsmasq. Can you check that?
