How do I set up a configuration where a single SIM card can share its data connection simultaneously with both a mobile phone and a WiFi router?
Are there any solutions, forwarding methods, or open-source projects that make this possible?
Is there an option to use an intermediary device or method (a “middleman”), to enable both devices to access the internet through the same SIM card?

This is assuming you want the SIM Card to remain inside the phone (so that it remains usable as a cell phone), correct?
Use cell phone as wifi hotspot ?
