Try to setup nut for APC SMT750I with UPS Network Management Card 2 (AP9631), on TrueNAS im using snmp-ups driver for built in NUT. Here this driver mentioned, but for 25.05 there no this driver in opkg list. And can't find any mentions, that this driver depricated etc

where does openwrt come into the picture ?
It looks like it is not built by default and you need to build either the driver separately or a complete image with this driver included.
