Not sure why lan2 and lan4 are showing no link

I Not sure why lan2 and lan4 are showing no link , however there are device connected.

they were working but it stopped work, Hardware fail

There is not a lot to go on here. Could be faulty cables. Could be the equipment at the other end of the cable. Could be the Ethernet ports on this device.

What have you done to troubleshoot? Have you tried moving the connections around? New known good cables? Inspection of the ports? Etc??

Lan3 has only 100 mbit?

My go-to test involves a dumb 8 port desktop switch. Just to enforce carrier up state. To exclude stupid cheap NICs on the other side of the cable.
