No wi-fi after changing IPv4 address on my router in client mobile devices

Hello guys.
The problem is when I changing router ip address, internet via lan connections working well, but there is no internet connection on my mobile devices. Besides leasing and broadcasting on those devices is also working and all of them take ip address that router gives to them.

What can I do with that problem?

tried disconnecting and reconnecting the devices from the wifi ?
(or just stopping and starting the wifi)

change lan ip range before you scan. or before you plug in the cable.
