Wired connection and wifi on laptop got internet access.
Phone wifi doesnt. Phone shows ip. Openwrt shows phone is connected to wifi. I am able to connect to opewrt on the phone. Second phone is same deal.

The issue is probably with your DNS... you have made a bunch of changes to your DNS handling (DoH) that are likely to be messing with the phone.
What's odd is that you are advertising other DNS servers via DHCP option 6, yet you have DoH setup on the router. Why is that?
Stopping DoH fixed it. Thank you.
