No Ethernet connection on a specific pc

Hi there.
Recently I installed the os on a mi router 4a gigabyte and everything works fine except one of my PC. The PC is wired connected and in the first place has internet access but in some point it disconnected and in ethernet network adapter settings it seems that no cable at all is connected. The cable I've checked it and is fine. Another PC witch is also wired connected is fine. So the problematic PC for some reason is denied wired connection. On wifi is connected also and works fine. This PC is a corporate PC for my work. I already disable the VPN but the problem persists. On log file I see the message ignoring domain domain.com for DHCP host name hostname. This massage I get it from a dhcprequest for wifi ip and Mac though... Can anyone have any thoughts? Is something on router os side or is something on PC side. The PC os is windows 11.
Thank you.

Sounds like it is probably an issue with the PC itself.

Is there a physical link established (usually an LED on the ethernet ports will turn on to indicate)? Does the PC have the appropriate drivers for the network interface and is that interface enabled? Is it set to obtain an IP via DHCP, and what happens after 30 seconds or so of the connection? Does it show anything like a self-assigned IP (169 address)?

Have you tried plugging that same PC into another router? Does it obtain an IP in that case?

We can take a look at your config to verify that there isn't anything wrong...

Please connect to your OpenWrt device using ssh and copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </> " button:

Remember to redact passwords, MAC addresses and any public IP addresses you may have:

ubus call system board
cat /etc/config/network
cat /etc/config/wireless
cat /etc/config/dhcp
cat /etc/config/firewall

Your corporation could have restricted the Ethernet connection to work only on the corporate network.
