No 5GHz radio on D-LINK DWR-118-A1

Hello,

I've been using OpenWrt 19.0X for a little while on my DWR-118-A1.
The first time I installed it I noticed there was no 5GHz radio at all (I only have Generic 802.11bgn) but since I did not need it I just assumed there was no driver for it and didn't look further.
However, now I would like to use 5GHz radio and, after a little reading, it turns out that it should be working on this device (albeit not very well, but it should at least show up).
I have tried the latest OpenWrt version (21.02-0-rc1) and the problem is the same, the radio isn't even listed in "Wireless". I did a clean (factory with JBOOT) install every time to make sure my configuration was not the problem.
It should be noted, however, that it works perfectly with the OEM firmware.
I took a look at the syslog and I think the following lines are the source of the problem but I am not sure how I could fix this :

Thank you very much!

Sell this router, really. Is very slow and always problems. Buy eg. Netgear r6220 or Linksys ea7500 v1 or v2.

Yes I know.
Thankfully it's not my main router.
I got it for free so I'm mostly just tinkering with it for the fun.
